Emmer wheat or khapli gehu or jave godhi is an ancient grain widely used by our ancestors. This ancient wheat is grown in the western and southern parts of India. Khapli has a reddish tinge and is tastier, and longer in size than the regular wheat. 

Our Emmer wheat is from farmers who grow this indigenous variety without using any pesticides or chemicals.
