- 1 cup of any millet’
- 3/4th cup urad dal
- For garnishing – carrots, coriander, and mint leaves.
- Soak millets and urad dal for 6 hours and grind with little water and salt to it.
- Use banana leaves small piece while pouring the batter to idli plate to get that rustic flavor.
- Steam idlis for 15 min and then enjoy with your favorite chutney.
